The other day I joked with some of the mamas about getting my ears pierced Maasai style.
They don't gage or stretch the lobes, they just go at it with a knife.
This woman, mama Paulo, has offered her services.
Now, anytime I come into the school kitchen, she comes at me with her large kitchen knife.
It is a scary sight, the joke might have been a mistake.
However, I would be lying if I said I had not thought about taking them up on the offer.
